I have been playing Ragnarok for around 2 years, and Wind Cutter almost ever since.

My main goal is to have fun and help as many people as I can, so I made this guide for you! 💕

Hopefully this build is as helpful for you as it was for me. So without further ado, let's begin.

About this build

My personal vision of Wind Cutter is Dungeon farming, such as Einbech 3, Juperos, Thanatos, Odin 4, etc.

Pros:

  • Somewhat versatile
  • Cheap early & midgame
  • 100% DEF PEN

Cons:

  • Agi-up mobs
  • Short range
  • Endgame expensive
  • Not high DMG

ACD required 34%

Has 0.5 Cast Delay, 0.3s CD.

ASPD required 185

Using 34% ACD.

Max. WC/s 3

Using 34% ACD & 185 ASPD.

Observations

Equipment shows the best gear by default. In some cases there's alternatives to select from.

Status calculations include bonuses from job levels, gear, runes and foods (Imperfect Almighty).

Battle Stats doesn't include RNG enchants, Pets (Eggs), Base Weapon Attack (280), Refine Attack (+15; 105) or Shadow Gear Refine Attack (+9; 9).

Status

My recommendation is to leave Str & Dex at 120 at all times, and the rest at 100 minimum (buffs considered).

Extra points?

Agi for extra damage due to Black Ribbon Black Ribbon.

Vit to survive longer & potion effectiveness.

Int if you lack or run out of SP.

Luk to increase your hit rate and damage a little bit.
